Self-Pay Practice
ValoraCare currently operates as a self-pay practice. This model allows us to focus entirely on your care experience. Please note that payment may be required prior to the commencement of services, and insurance is not currently billed directly by our practice.
Pricing & Fees
All visit pricing is transparently listed online when available. Please be aware that additional clinical costs—such as pharmacy charges for medications, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, or outside specialist consultations—are separate from ValoraCare visit fees and are the responsibility of the patient.
Prescriptions & Treatment Decisions
Payment for a consultation does not guarantee prescriptions, testing, referrals, work or school medical notes, or any specific medical outcomes. All prescriptions and treatment recommendations are determined by medical appropriateness and the provider's clinical judgment. Please note that certain medications, including some controlled substances, may not be prescribed through telehealth services.
Refunds & Cancellations
Completed medical visits are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) may be non-refundable.
Telehealth Limitations
Telehealth may not be appropriate for all medical concerns. Our providers may recommend that you seek an in-person evaluation, urgent care visit, or emergency room care when such a transition is clinically appropriate or required for your safety.
Emergency Services Disclaimer
ValoraCare does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.
