No Emergency Services
ValoraCare does not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.
Telehealth Limitations
Telehealth has inherent limitations. Not all medical conditions can be appropriately treated through virtual consultations. Patients may be referred for in-person evaluation, urgent care, or emergency services when our providers determine that a virtual visit is not medically appropriate for your specific needs.
Kansas Patient Services
Our medical services are currently intended for patients who are physically located in the State of Kansas at the time of the telehealth visit. Use of services from outside this jurisdiction is not permitted.
No Provider-Patient Relationship Until Visit Completion
Using this website, contacting us, or scheduling an appointment does not automatically establish a provider-patient relationship. A professional medical relationship is formed only after a telehealth visit is completed and explicitly accepted by the health provider.
Payment & Cash-Pay Services
Payment is due at the time of service. ValoraCare is a cash-pay practice and does not currently bill insurance. Please note that prescription and laboratory costs are separate and handled by third parties. There is no guarantee that medications will be prescribed during any visit.
Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are issued only when determined to be medically appropriate by the provider. Controlled substances carry specific legal and clinical limitations, and providers reserve the right to decline medication requests that are deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Intellectual Property
The ValoraCare branding, logos, graphics, text content, and website design are the intellectual property of ValoraCare. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.
